The market had softened and firstly your patience and persistence in the numerous trips you have made to show the cottage has been very much appreciated. Given the uniqueness of the cottage it was always going to rely on the right match between buyer and cottage and that took a little while to get to. However it was great when it came to finding multiple matches! Our discussions and reviews in selling price and strategy always felt like an easy discussion and a negotiation based on shared thoughts. I enjoyed the sense of partnership in the process particularly when making some potentially difficult decisions. I also appreciated the way you always kept me in the loop even when nothing was happening. This became even more effective when something was!. You said that your strength lay in the negotiation process and I would second that in spades. I was delighted with the way you negotiated in some potentially tricky situations and, whilst realistic, the way you sought (and succeeded) in getting the best possible deal for us. I was particularly impressed when you sought to do this even in a situation that could potentially have disadvantaged yourself. I advise that I have had contact with Chenoa through purchasing Real Estate and will confirm that in my opinion she is the ultimate professional. Moving can be stressful! It is up there with the two Ds - divorce and death - so if you do decide it's time to up sticks and camp in greener pastures, you need all the help you can get to deal with the stress factor. We were lucky. We found our new camp and found Chenoa Georgi on the same day. She guided us through the negotiations to buy our new house and we were so impressed by the way she dealt with us, friendly but professional, that we gave her the task of selling our "old" one. Chenoa was right into it, efficient and totally there.

When you knocked on our door to ask if we knew of any houses coming up for sale in the area, we jumped at the opportunity to have you as our agent. If someone is prepared to knock on doors to secure a listing or two indicates to us that they will go that extra mile to proactively find the perfect buyer for our property. You succeeded this hands down. When we first met with you to discuss our listing price, you did not over estimate the value of our property to secure the listing on the false promise we could achieve a higher selling price. We had an idea of what we wanted for the property and when you told us to market the property for $340,000 PLUS it made our day as this is what we were hoping for. After having our property listed for only 17 days we accepted the offer of $342,000 and were over the moon.
Your communication with us from when contracts exchanged to when we finally handed in our keys for settlement was second to none. We found Patrick to be an excellent sales representative for your organisation. He was professional in all his dealings with us and represented our interests and that of the sellers. Buying a property from interstate is not easy, yet Patrick removed this barrier. He supported us in undertaking negotiations with the seller, assisting with the building inspection and other tasks that made this buy for us easier. It gave us confidence to know that your service extended beyond introducing us to a home, which is often the experience when dealing with less professional agents.
We prefer to ponder a little on decisions and Patrick allowed us time to think through the decision we were making.
